Abstract

On this work we present an adaptive bi-dimensional ideal magneto hydrodynamics (MHD) model using finite volume discretization, in the context of wavelet analysis. The goal of this work is to present some new results of the divergence cleaning techniques we are using concerning to the divergence of magnetic field, conservative properties of the model and computational costs.
